When keypad outside reader is damaged or not operated properly, an error indication will appear in a form of 1 digited numeric letter.
Please use following measures to solve each error accordingly.

There is an error in the device.
Please contact customer support center or the store which you have purchased to product from.
（「0」will light up）

Inputting wrong password 5 times consecutively.
Please wait 5 minutes before trying again.
（「1」will light up）

3

When registering a password, the password of first and second time are not identical.
Please register a password again and make sure to input identical password for first and second time.
（「2」will light up）

4

When registering a password, the input password is too short. (3 characters and less)
Please input a password that consists of 4 - 8 characters.
（「3」will light up）

5

When registering a password, the input password is too long. (more than 9 characters)
Please input a password that consists of 4 - 8 characters.
（「4」will light up）

6

When registering a password, the input password only consists of one identical character. (such as 1111)
Please use a password that consists of more than one different characters.
（「5」will light up）

7

When registering a password, password operation is turned off.
Please turn on the password operation function by using keypad setting mode. 
（「6」will light up）
