Cannot update door control program
The cause is one of the followings.

Door and smartphone might be too far apart.
The update might have failed due to the smartphone and door being too far from each other.
Large amount of data is to be transmitted during door control program update. So, please perform the update while making sure that the smartphone is in near proximity to the digital lock in order to secure a stable connection.
※If the update failure happens inside the house, please perform the update outside while making sure that the smartphone is in near proximity to the door.

The Bluetooth connection of the smartphone might have become unstable.
Please perform the update after the followings.
・Turning off all applications except My Entrance.
・Restarting the smartphone.

There might be an abnormality in door's power source.
Please perform the update after the followings.

Please reconnect the AC adapter with power outlet.
【When using controller unit】
Please restart controller unit's power source.
