The door does not respond after pressing remote control button (Lamp lighting up)
The cause is one of the followings.

The remote control might not be registered.
Please gather every remote control and register them again.

※For application version:V1.2.1, Door control program version:V2.1 and later, 「Individual registration」 setting makes it possible to register a new remote control without losing former registration data. As a result, it is unnecessary to gather every remote control when registering a new remote control.
How to set up 「Individual registration」

The remote control might be outside transmission area.
The operation distance might vary upon the nearby surroundings and obstacles.
Please change the location before trying again.
【Caution】
Operation by application is based on the usage distance that the eye can see (within 10 meters). However, please keep in mind that the area can be extended further due to the characteristic of Bluetooth.

There might be more than 7 devices in the transmission area.
Please check the number of currently connected devices.
Up to 6 devices of smartphone/remote control can establish connection inside the transmission area at the same time.
※The above amount does not include remote controls in sleep mode.
※When inside lock button is registered, the inside lock button will be prioritized in establishing a connection which means that only 5 devices of smartphone/remote control can be used inside transmission area at the same time.

There might be an abnormality in door's power source.

Please reinsert batteries in correct manner or change the batteries.

Please make sure that the AC adapter is connected with the power outlet.
【When using controller unit】
Please make sure that controller unit's power is turned ON.

Please check the phone's connection to the door.
・If the connection is established: There might be an anomaly occurred in the remote control.
・If the connection is not established: There might be an anomaly in the door panel.
In the cases above, please contact the construction company, construction contractor which you have purchased the product from or LIXIL repair center.
