Auto-lock does not function despite the setting being enabled
The cause is one of the followings.

The lock (dead bolt) might be in contact with the strike.
Please adjust the position of strike.

Auto-lock function will not activate when the door is unlocked by manual key or turning thumb-turn manually.
When the door is unlocked by electric means, the auto-lock function will activate when closing the door.
