How to check operation history

 

It is possible to check 3 types of history from "My Entrance" application.

①Operation via smartphone : Possible to check smartphone-related operation history.
    (Operation via application button, transmission with smartphone via touch button operation)

②Every operation : Possible to check every operation history. (including that of family members)
    (Such as manual operation, remote control operation, key card operation)

③Change in settings :Possible to check settings change such as key registration/deletion.

 

■How to check

The user can check operation history via "Main Screen" -> "History" in My Entrance Application.
Please refer to "History display example" for each history detail.

■Announcement
History will only be updated under the following circumstances. Please keep in mind that the history will not be updated when the user is far away from the door.
・When checking the history in the transmission area. 
(Can update by choosing any of "Smartphone Operation", "Every Operation", "Settings Change")
・When using user's own smartphone to operate on the door. (Only for "Smartphone Operation")

Interlock Appears when interlock function takes effect.

※After turning off the power of digital lock, the time will be reset(Displayed as----/--/----:--)but the synchronization will continue after connecting with the smartphone after reset.
Firmware has been updated by "XX". Appears when updating the control program of the door.
Firmware update has failed or been cancelled. Appears when failing or cancelling the firmware update.
Dead bolt is in contact with the strike. Appears when dead bolt touches the strike.
Registration for remote control key XX has been deleted. Appears when deleting remote control key.
Registration for key card XX has been deleted. Appears when deleting key card/tag key/mobile wallet.
Inside lock button has been deleted. Appears when deleting inside lock button.
Device error/power source anomaly An anomaly has occurred in the digital lock.
Please contact customer service center or the dealership.
Change in batteries' voltage. "Batteries have been changed/low battery/power off" will be displayed according to the change in batteries' voltage
