The button of remote control or smartphone might be unintentionally pressed when put inside a pocket or a bag. There is also a possibility that the door was unlocked by other remote control or smartphone devices.

Operation by remote control button and application is based on the usage distance that the eye can see (within 10 meters). However, please keep in mind that the area can be extended further due to the characteristic of Bluetooth.
