What to do when requested to send data log ?

Please only use this function when instructed by support window.

Please send data log after retrieving 2 types of histories. (every operation, setting change etc.)  

You can check the amount of operation history items from here.

Please tap on "History" menu on "My Entrance" home screen, then proceed to tap on "All" tab.

After moving to "All" tab, scroll upward to retrieve operation history of every type of operation.

After scrolling for a few times, it will be possible to check past history on operation time basis.

※The time period of operation history will be specifically requested by support window. When there is no specified instruction, please send the operation history of the past month.

After retrieving the operation history from "All" tab, please tap on "Settings" tab.

>After retrieving the history, please proceed to sending the data log.

>The log can be sent by tapping on "≡Menu" → "Digital Lock Settings" on home screen.

If there are multiple door registered on the device, please select the door that you wish to send the data log and then tap on "Send Log".

After the confirmation screen has appeared, please tap on "Send".
After that, the e-mail screen will appear on your device. Please make sure that the log file named "myentrance.zip" is in the attachment before sending the e-mail.
The process will be completed after pressing on the "Send" button.
