Please send data log after retrieving 2 types of histories. (every operation, setting change etc.)

Please tap on "History" menu on "My Entrance" home screen, then proceed to tap on "every operation" tab.

After moving to "every operation" tab, scroll upward to retrieve operation history.

After scrolling for a few times, it will be possible to check past history on operation time basis.

※The time period of operation history will be specifically requested by support window. When there is no specified instruction, please send the operation history of the past month.
