Apart from operating the door via "My Entrance" application, it is also possible to operate the door by pressing door button to allow the transmission with smartphone. 

When using the door button, it is possible to operate the door while the application runs in the background.
Even in Sleep Mode(when the screen turns dark), the door can still be operated via background activity.

It is possible to check the background activity by following the methods below.

■For iOS

【For devices with home button】
Press home button swiftly 2 times.

 

【For devices without home button】
When swiping from bottom to upper part of home screen and maintaining the motion, the application(s) that run in the background will become visible.

■For android

When swiping from bottom to upper part of home screen and maintaining the motion, the application(s) that run in the background will become visible.

For android devices, when swiping from upper to lower part of the home screen, it will be possible to check activity of "My Entrance" application from notification screen.
