Family code can be found by using the application on registered smartphone, then go to "≡ Menu" -> "Digital lock settings" -> "Family code". 

In case of losing all registered smartphone(s) and not being able to look for the family code, please use "delete all registration data" setting on the door panel in order to revert registration data back to its initial state.
